A man in a half coat with a green muffler covering his mouth. He is a hired killer along with his companions, Vinne and Puff .
He makes his appereance in Record of the Blood Battle .
Powers and Abilities[]
He used the wind to direct it at people. When using his ability Gerard removes his muffler and purses his lips. As he howls, a vortex gets formed.
