Greco Rohman is the son of the Mayor in Ransylva. He tries to misuse his power and lusts after Doris Lang. He plays an instrumental role later in the story by stealing the candle from Rei-Ginsei, resulting in his defeat. He does not escape punishment for this subterfuge though.
In the novel, Vampire Hunter D, his appearance is described as a hulking man with sly cloudy eyes, the greasy face with a mop of red hair. The explosive-firing, ten-banger pistol he was so proud of hung from the leather gun-belt that girt his waist.
Greco is an extremely arrogant and cocky individual, but as well a big coward. As the mayor's son, he used the his father's power in the village in order to get what he wants, but easily gets mad or even became afraid when somebody stronger rebellion against him. He showed somewhat cunning, successfully stealing Time-Bewitching Incense from Rei-Ginsei and replacing with false.
