Described as a miracle of blood red light that flashes out from D's eyes. It has the power to completely destroy the regeneration level of True Immortality achieved by Duke Gilzen despite him being able to easily regenerate from the fount of life being severed.
It may be a power developed from D's powers evolving or he may have had it all along but never used it. The Sacred Ancestor may have given him this power when he was experimenting on him in his infancy or possibly just recently. It may be a power the Sacred Ancestor has possessed himself well before D ever came along.
May also be a similar but much more evolved form of the Light of Creation attack.
