A creature out on the Frontier. Its a beast which moved from tree to tree snaring its prey in the mucus excreted by its spherical body.
Its one of two creatures, the other being the Bewilderer that Sue Daylhis encountered trying to escape Seurat that the Mountain Man had to come to her rescue or she would have been eaten.
